If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or full refund. Unless faulty, we request that returns are made within 30 calendar days from the date you received the item.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
You will need to provide proof of purchase. Your order number will be sufficient.
We only accept returns for products purchased online at www.aromatize.co.uk. For any Aromatize products purchased from other retailers, please return products, with proof of purchase, to the retailer from which you purchased them from.
- Please send an email to email@example.com or use the General Enquiries form on our Contact Us page stating your order number, the item(s) for return, reason for return and whether you would prefer an exchange or full refund.
- Once we have validated your purchase our support team will contact you and request that you make arrangements to return the item(s).
- Please ensure that your returns are appropriately packaged to avoid damage in transit.
- Please include a copy of your delivery note with your return, circle the items to be returned and amend the quantity if necessary to show how many items you are returning.
- Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect the goods. If your return is approved, we will immediately arrange to send out your exchange or initiate a refund to your original method of payment, dependant on what you have requested.
- You will be responsible for paying for all postage and shipping costs for returning the goods to us. Postage and shipping costs are non-refundable.
