Your order will normally be despatched within three working days although during our busiest periods this may extend to five working days. Please allow 7 working days for your order to arrive.
Orders placed at the weekends or on a bank holiday will not be processed until the next working day.
It is sometimes the case that if you live in a remote area that your parcel may take a day longer to arrive than the timescales we have quoted.
Home deliveries can start as early as 7.00am and be delivered as late as 7.00pm between Monday and Friday.
In most cases, your parcel will be delivered by DPD and should arrive within 1 to 2 working days of your despatch email notification. At your own risk, you can nominate a safe place for your parcel to be left in case you are not at home, or you can request that the parcel be left with a neighbour. There will also be an option to deliver to a local DPD Pickup Shop for collection (see below).
Arrange delivery to your local DPD Pickup Shop
It may be more convenient for you to collect your parcel from one of the thousands of DPD Pickup shops located throughout the UK.
If so, then when you receive your text message or email from DPD, select your nearest shop and pick up your parcel from your selected shop at your convenience. You can find your nearest DPD Pickup Shop at www.dpd.co.uk/apps/shopfinder.
Non-receipt of Goods
If you have not received your parcel within 7 working days then please contact our customer support team at email@example.com, via the enquiry form on the Contact Us web page, or on +44(0) 1254 330 264 and we will trace the parcel on your behalf.
Should you choose to instruct our couriers to leave your parcel in a location without it being signed for, you do so at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. Please also note that it is at the discretion of the delivery driver whether or not they feel it is safe to leave your parcel in your requested location.
